In fact, we have made the conditions for reservations flexible and, if the evolution of the Coronavirus continues on the check-in dates, we could agree together if the following measures:
- cancel the reservation by refunding the payment;
- move the booking to another date based on our availability;
- send a voucher that will allow you to use the amount paid to arrange a future booking.
For any changes relating to the reservation please contact us by e-mail and consider, if we are unable to respond immediately, the possibility that our staff is handling other requests but we will take care of your problem in the shortest possible time.
In the event that you have booked through a booking portal or a travel agency, we recommend that you contact the operator who made the reservation directly, to obtain information regarding the modification or cancellation of the reservation.
